2. Our neighbors had several kids with them that were in and out a lot opening and closing the doors, I think the doors are just loud because of the way they are made with the security cards.

4. Normally we get a room facing the mall area --that being said all I can say is that the garbage people come to the back of the strip mall building (where Starbucks is) and it's loud and wakes you up.
