1. More significantly, the phone in my room wasn't working during the whole 24 hours we were there - we were told this was a known problem due to weather, but nobody said a word about it until I noticed and inquired.

5. Many little problems cropped up: the room key did not work well on the entrance door (I tried 20 times and gave up; my husband was able to get it to work 1 out of 4 times).
