6. I was supposed to have immediate quick registeration at the early check in kiosk but due to room availability issues had to wait in the line with other arriving quests for probably 20 minutes or more.

8. I was supposed to be able to use the easy check-in kiosk for quick registration, however, due to room availability issues I had to stand in line at the desk with numerous other arriving guests.

9. I did note this as an issue on my reservation 'special instructions' but obviously it was of no concern or interest to the clerk assigning the rooms.
