1. non smoking rooms still smell smoky, very very loud in the hallways, no closet so no place to put your suitcase, floors are dirty, carpets worn, towels threadbare.

Our toilet was staging a very loud, obnoxious death: water pressure was abysmal, you almost needed a wrench to turn on the bathroom sink faucet, the size and shape of the bathroom was unacceptable, and just to totally frustrate me for 3 days: the garbage can in the bathroom was slightly larger than a kleenex box and you had to step on it to open the 4' lid.
