1. Liked that when we asked for a cab, we actually got a car service to take us to our destination at the same cost as a cab and lots nicer,Only issues I had were that the floor heat in the bathroom either did not work or we did not know the magic to make it do so.

3. There seems to be some management issues that need to be resolved-not enough plates at breakfast, our first bathroom was not very clean (we were changed to another room immediately), and of course lack of hot water in the morning.
