1. I have a germ problem and everything was clean to my satisfaction.

We did have a problem with the driver for BFI picking up the garbarge bins outside our room at 5:30am and one call to the Guest Services Manager and he fixed it up and I don't blame the hotel for this happening as they told me their pickup time is 9am, but BFI should know way better to pickup that early at hotels.

4. I presume it could be noisy if road was busy but that normally isn't a problem for me only if there are sirens (country folk so don't hear those much).
