5. They are in the process of renovating-the grounds are nice, but the room had a musty smell, and the carpet was badly stained.

6. There were numerous burn holes on the tables, the bed sheets had an almost brown tinge to them and the bathrooms were so bad I wouldn`t let my dog go in there.
