1. One of the beds had many broken springs and was very uncomfortable for sleeping, and when we got to the room the sofa bed was not working and broken down in the middle.

3. When we needed ice, the ice machines on our floor and the floor below us were both completely out of ice or broken, which was very inconvenient, but when I bumped into a staff member and informed him of this he offered to find ice and deliver some to our room.
