1. unfortunately, you can only use one at a time, and the ceiling showerhead was NOT the gentle rainshower that I had hoped for.

2. It was a very sweet visit, unfortunately cut short by illness, but we will certainly look forward to staying in this hotel again, when we visit family in the Cincinnati area.
