5. problems: there was some sort of large group of families staying for what appeared to be a baseball tournament and there were a large amount of children in the hotel pool area screaming at the top of their lungs, running the halls soaking wet, leaving puddles in the elevator and swearing and shouting, banging on doors overnight and early in the morning and nothing was done by hotel staff, who could not possibly have missed all the noise and disruption.

7. We always request an upper floor and have never had problems with noise or kids running in the hall.

9. I didn't have any problems so I can't give you any information about response time to resolve issues but the staff at the front desk always appeared cheery and willing to help with any need I might have.
