1. Oddly, the room was equipped with an air cleaning appliance, as though someone thought this would compensate for a broken AC unit, but it did nothing for the room temperature.

2. shady employee was walking around just prior and mysteriously the hotel shuttle was parked just in the right spot to cover the front view and our car was broken into (GPS stolen).
