We never got clean towels our whole stay there and my coffee pot was
broken
and I told the front desk about it she offered me to go to the breakfast area to get some and it tasted horrible.

Once you get to the elevator and press the call button, you will hear a sound from inside the doors that sounds like something along the lines of a bucket has dropped and
broken
somewhere in the nether regions of the shaft.
