4. I had a few problems in my suite - the coffee maker did not work, and the TV in the bedroom was unplugged - requiring me to push a rather heavy armoire away from the wall to locate the plug.

7. The only problem that I noticed was that the fitness center lacked air conditioning, or any type of ventilation such as a fan.

8. When I checked in some guys were giving the clerk a hard time, but the clerk quickly asked fellow clerk Leo to help me while clerk #1 politely worked with the problem visitor.
