1. When I complained to the manager, she offered me a pitiful number of Hyatt points as a way of apologizing then said she hoped I'd come back after the renovations.

2. We went to this hotel for are honeymonn and let me tell you that this hotel is very very nice there is nothing to complain about I even told the manager that my stay was excellent the breakfast is good the pools are clean the rooms were clean the staff was friendly.

4. And the worst part? When I complained at the desk at checkout, the 'Guest Services' person told me because it was booked through expedia he couldn't do anything.
