1. It is not my practice to complain, but at breakfast the (very friendly) breakfast manager inquired about my stay and once I related the problems she and the front desk clerk visited my room.

3. The only problem that we encountered was upon checking out we asked about purchasing one of the lap desks that are in the rooms, and the person at the front desk replied that she didn`t know, and that there was no one else there at the time.
