1. Upon check out, I asked for a reduction in the room rate given that the hotel noises wrecked our sleep, but the woman at the desk said she was not authorized to do anything.

2. We concluded that the noise was from the hotel's heating/ac in the hall, and called the front desk and asked them to try to fix it, but they said there was nothing they could do and made no attempt to fix it.

3. The bed was very saggy, the pillows lacked any support, the sofa had no support, and there was some recycling fan noise that my wife and I could hear that was not coming from within our room.
