1. Only negative is it's in an office park and doesn't have anything really within walking diastase, but the shuttle will take you to some local restaurants.

3. On the negative side, very dated, looks and appears worn, they charge for wifi unless you work a deal in advance, and the food in the restaurant and bar is at best ok - but nothing special - and is over-priced.
