2. I immediately called the front desk to tell them the room stinks, they sent someone right up with a key to a different room, so that was nice customer service, but then the second room we go to also has problems.

4. It's nice design, can be better bathroom can be new and better and cleanner, but not bad for $64, big screen LCD TV, problem with heater and switched room.

8. When I went to the lobby to obtain a receipt (to later settle my business travel), this employee was trying to deal with three ladies who were requesting a copy of a bill--as they seemed to have a problem with its settlement.
