1. After staying the night and washing my hands several times without noticing, when I showered the following morning the water came out brown for the first few minutes which would not have been a huge problem except, as others have also commented, the water was very very slow to drain.

8. I will commend the staff as very good, but if you are thinking of staying at this unit, please verify with them in advance that the plumbing problems have been fixed.
