5. We beleive our next step is to contact the Marriott Corporate office and see just how HIGH we must go to get resolution to an issue that should have NEVER been ours.

6. My wife and I stayed at the Chapel Hill location December 7 to December 9; she is a heart patient who has been undergoing lots of health issues, so a trip was much needed, even if it was for just 3 days/2 nights.
