1. Once someone from management read or our issues here on TA they immediately made things right, so kudos.

2. We had some issues arise during our stay with some other guests and their lack of respect for other's expectation for quiet that the onsite staff were unable to deal with correctly.

4. But there were so many things that went wrong, beginning with customer service (but also a lot of facilty issues) that it is impossible to recommend this hotel to others.
