1. The only slight negative was that my room faced the highway (blocked by a privacy fence) and I could hear a tiny amount of traffic noise.

5. I will agree with other reviewers on two point: the internet here is slow, but managable; and the hotel is near a train track so if the train noise is going to be a big deal, you should stay somewhere else.

10. The top level rooms do not get any benefit from the fencing and therefore you hear the traffic noise as if the windows are open.
