1. We could ride our bikes to Pearl Street in about 10 minutes eliminating the parking hassleMy only negative, was the wireless in the room worked only sporadically - I had to go to the lobby for reliable access.

2. The only negatives is that the pool is outdoors (which we found unusal for a hotel in Colorado), there is little soundproofing in the ceiling (we could hear people walking in the room above us) and the laundry facilities were not in working order.

4. I was a little concerned about the hotel when I read some negative reviews, but I am not sure where they were staying but this hotel is wonderful.
