1. The carpet was cleaned while we were still staying in our room and it was very wet and smelled very strong when we returned.

2. It smells musty, the staff is uncaring (although that is a Boulder issue, not necessarily the hotel), no real lobby, bathrooms are a slight improvement over a Motel 6, room service very sketchy.
