1. One couple we were with was placed in a room that wasnt cleaned and was a total mess, so they had to wait around for a different room and didnt get the room they had asked for either but they didnt want to argue with the staff because they felt lucky to get something .

2. Exhibited at BCEC, easy drive from hotel via back roads avoiding usual I-93 mess.
