1. Our room had all the facilities you would need but the furniture was worn and dated and the bathroom was badly in need of a facelift.

2. It was a bit small, but having stayed in a lot of hotels in Boston and New York City, this is pretty typical for older hotels (this one dates from the late 1800s).

3. It's an older building, so the rooms are a little out of date, but they were very clean and all the usual amenities were provided.
