1. Around 12am, the fire alarm in my room wa starting to lose power & was making an annoying beeping sound--within 10 minutes an Engineer was in the room & it was resolved.

4. When we returned to the room where we were meeting the coffee and teas we had ordered for our meeting had been removed which was also annoying as we had hoped to have tea in the room to finish our meeting and instead there was nothing left.
