1. There is no restaurant and the surrounding area is depressing to put it mildly , if you are without a car it's a problem.

The shuttle service to/from the airport is quick and reliable; only problem we've had was with PM front desk person not properly logging in our wake-up or shuttle service request last time and the AM desk person was surprised when we showed up for the morning shuttle service and informed him we'd not received a wake-up call either.

10. We had one problem with the air conditioner in our room the first night (it wasn`t working), but I asked the front desk to send an engineer up to look into it the next morning, and by the time we returned Friday night, the room was completely cool and we didn`t have any problems for the rest of the stay.
