Shannon, at the reception desk, was hugely helpful to us and Concierge
rob
Fournier was ever-ready to assist; even the late-night room service delivery was handled with gracious sincerity.
"Extraordinary Service and Views...but noisy! I preferred the Four Seasons for the price... "
