4. It was a smoking room, and the staff 'solved' that problem by using an ozone spray in the room.

5. The rooms were small and not well-kept, outside of our room there was no AC and no free internet as advertised (I guess there was no service that day and night due to a hardware problem, but no room discount was offerred).
