1. This negligence (improper signage, no lighting, vague parking instructions) on the part of the management of this hotel caused my family and my friend`s family the terrible inconvenience and expense of having our vehicles towed and stored elsewhere for a week.

2. Why didn`t he make an attempt to have our vehicles brought back to the Holiday Inn property (a move which would ultimately have been less expensive than allowing our cars to stay put in the towing compound)? The hotel`s manager failed to be proactive in the least with this incident.
