7. The box spring was all tore up and worn badly on the bed, the blankets were not clean and I requested that all bedding be freshly washed when I arrive due to an allergy, my hand went into gum under the coffee table when I had to move it for the pull out bed.

8. sheets that hadn`t been washed, a carpet that was dated the 60`s, paint that was chipping off the walls, counters and base boards, a bad smell that just wouldn`t go away (had to open all the doors and windows that we could), was charged .
