2. I can understand the hotel not wanting to take care of noise issues until after 'quiet hours,' but this was clearly excessive and it sounded like a freshman dormatory.

5. we could hear the people above us whenever they flushed the toilet, which wasn't an issue last time.

8. Another issue is that we were charged $100 for smoking in our room despite them not having issued any warning and them not having any smoking rooms which were suites.
