1. Disgusting and dirty hotel; filthy room- hair, stains, makeup, lipstick, and skin particles on sheets and pillow cases, broken headboard, hole in wall, sheets were yellowed and grey with age, They gave us new sheets, but the pillows had yellow stains all over them.

6. When we got to the room, its had opened shampoo bottles, dirty towels inside the bathroom, when we called for clean towels, we had to go down from the 6th floors to get the supplies, and people in the front desk did not seem too happy about giving us extra towels.
