2. We stayed there recently twice within a two week span, and the hallway carpets on 6th floor and 3rd floor were filthy with stains from spilled beverages.

3. My room reeks of cigarettes, has some kind of white stain on each of the bedskirts, burn marks in all furniture and comforters, broken hvac unit that makes loud clunking noises when you turn it on, rust or some kind of red stain on the ceiling of the shower, burn marks and fraying in the rug, the toilet seat is so old the finish has literally worn off in several spots which are brown/black.

4. From toilets that were not scrubbed, to stains on the comforters, and body hair in the sheets, this was simply unacceptable to me.

5. The room was clean, but there was a small stain on one of the pillow cases, but since there was an abundance of pillows (9 in all), we just set that one aside.
