3. Here is a list of the problems:- The hotel (outside of the first floor lobby and bar) looks generally uncared for; doors and hallways have chipped paint, there are stains on the hallway carpets, it looks dingy and dirty, etc.

4. , staff is friendly, only problem was our room was facing West Lombard Street across from the firehouse, sirens going off quite a bit and very noisy from the traffic.
