4. We have stayed at quite a few hotels and we truly think this was a nice place and in a not so bad neighborhood.

5. The hotel is within walking distance (approx 1 mile ) we took the free shuttle to the stadium one day and walked back (during the day) it was 95 degrees and truly not a bad walk although we were advised not to do it at night.

7. 00 parking fee isn't that bad, but the lot was full (i suspect that they provide long term parking for cruise people because the lot is very large and many of the cars were snow covered when i got there indicating that they were there for some time).
