1. The lever to unplug it is very small and is located at the back, bottom of the spigot where it is very difficult to find.

2. )A map of the hotel's access to the Inner Harbor attractions would be nice - the hotel has walkways to facilitate access to pedestrian areas, but these walkways are difficult to find and most guests don't even know they exist.

4. Sidewalk out front was being worked on (construction) which made it difficult to get to main street (Pratt) and also difficult/dangerous to walk directly across the street to Inner Harbor due to very busy road in both directions.
