3. This hotel is large, and a little more expensive than others where you'd get the same size of room, but the ammenities and proximity to the mall are hard to beat.

4. We weren't put on the Club Floor, there were no amenities on Thanksgiving Day, the lounge has one table with four chairs and one table between a sofa and a love seat, which hardly accommodates the two floors of people showing up for a continental breakfast.

Our stay was not very good even though the hotel was very good, At night there was no hot water and when I called the front disk said that the burner was broken and they need to replace, I asked if we could move to a different room and she said the burner feeds the whole hotel, which is hard to believe, since the hotel is huge and one burner will be a design mistake.

7. Ok fine, I will accept his response, but does that mean that your manager would approve of you telling us about a special after we have paid? Is it that hard to use your noggin?? So that was that, and nothing came of it, but that was just the beginning.
