1. Second, and a little more than a minor annoyance, although there seems to be really good soundproofing within the hotel itself (rarely ever heard anything out in the hall or in other rooms) the windows let in a lot of exterior street noise.

2. The only real things I have to comment on that could be improved: first, for an extended stay hotel the cable TV channel selection is rather limited, which is obviously just a minor annoyance.
