3. The Bed was hard and the pillows if you really want to call it a pillow was flat, the patio was filthy, and they put us way in the back of the hotel.

8. I must admit thought that the hotel replaced the bulbs quite quickly, but it is hard for me to imagine that it took a guests complaint to notice this.
