6. So my husband calls the front desk and speaks to one of the rude front desk workers and the guy says 'we have no record of you being registered in that room, you need to come down to the front desk and show us your reciept.

7. The woman continued to call me a LIAR and told me I would have to wait for the shuttle or a cab, even after I explained what I was told and that I was going to miss my flight if I had to wait, the woman was still SO rude and showed no remorse for the miscommunication.
