1. The back looks over a residential area, but more importantly for me, no traffic noise (not that the noise along Flamingo is all that loud).

4. all the biz folks still get up early, and the elevator is loud, but that only adds to the cacaphony of kids crying and plumbing noises about 2 hours before you're aready to get up and out.

6. NOISE: Liked that the hotel was not on a really heavily trafficed / noisy street; my room backed to a residential neighborhood so was quiet (other than the college girl next door that came home drunk and loud every night between 4 and 6AM (not the hotel's fault though).
