3. I've been in building 10 for about 3 months with no bug problems, no maintnence issues and I feel comfortable with the layout of the room.

8. Of the 600 rooms we have in our hotel, all have been checked for infestation and we are proud to report the hotel does not have a bed bug problem.

9. cons: i did find a small harmless insect in a room, some problem with hot water in bathroom, A/C was bit slow to cool room but does cool down pretty well after about 30 mins.
