1. - The staff was unfriendly, unhelpful and unempathic - no room changes even though the reservation was screwed up (I booked for two beds, non-smoking, and received a small/smoking room next to the generator room with one bed - no rollaway or even enough space for one of us to sleep on the floor.

3. The hotel was nice, yet because of the unfriendly staff and the lack of knowing that our room needed servicing and the lack of a grown-up sized pool, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will never stay there again.
