There is a lack of
noise
insulation in the building of this property, room doors are metal and slam due to door springs, the plumbing
noise
is loud from showers and toilets in other rooms.

Some of the rooms will have very light-light highway
noise
as a result, but other rooms face away to the front of the property and will not have any
noise
at all.
