3. The room was totally unacceptable: one of the lamps was missing the light bulb, the toilet paper was placed on the counter, as the part that holds it in the toilet paper holder was missing, the baseboard was pulling away from the wall as was the wall paper, the sink leaked on your feet when the faucet was on and the shower was in horrible condition.
