1. The carpets were dirty, bed was hard, coffee was good (No free continental breakfast), everyone was helpful but, lost half a day waiting on the manager, because he was saying we owed more money, we tried explaining to him that they already received the credit card payment.

8. In the room the overhead light was not working (though that got fixed, only took an hour and 2 calls to the front desk), the radio alarm refused to produce any sounds, and A/C was so noisy it was hard to sleep.
