1. We didn't have this problem, and other memebers of my party told me that it is much worse at other hotels/casinos.

2. That wasn't their fault nor their problem, BUT when I asked to stay an extra night, (knowing I'd pay a higher price,) I never imagined the rate was more than QUADRUPLE (that right -4Xs.
