1. The carpet is stained badly, the rooms AC have started to go out, and must and body odors now fill the rooms where the Westin Perfume used to be.

10. As I'm walking to my assigned room, I notice all the room service trays & food just laying there outside the rooms kinda stinking up the hallway and the huge stains and spots all over the rug was not a nice welcoming sight, more of a major turnoff.
